Ans: You can link your Aadhaar card with SBI bank account, by simply logging onto www.onlinesbi.com and Navigating to “Link your Aadhaar number” under “My Accounts”. Then select the account number and enter the aadhaar number and click on submit.
Ans: Banks have made it easy for customers to access the Aadhaar linking feature by providing the facility for Aadhaar seeding on mobile application. In the “My Accounts” section under “Services” tab, click on the “View/Update Aadhaar card details” option.Enter your Aadhaar number twice and click on the Submit button.You will receive a text for successful linking of bank account with Aadhar.
Ans: You can check this through your mobile. Dial *99*99*1#. Enter your 12 digit Aadhaar number, then select the confirm button, after selecting, it will appear the bank account linked with Aadhar
Ans: It is not mandatory as of yet to link bank account with Aadhar. However, it is advisable and beneficial to get them linked.
